Watch live as I break down, rant, change my mind & generally chat to myself here

It has been about 2 months now since I last did some of those online tests to monitor how various symptoms are progressing overall.

So, the 1st one to take a look at my personality traits:

The only significant change there seems to be that my avoidant traits have jumped by about 8% since about 2 months ago.

So, next up was the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale:

Liebowitz 17113

Interestingly on that one my avoidance seems to have decreased slightly, while “fear” seems to have remained the same.  But a notch down to “severe” from “very severe”, which it seems to have been at consistently for some months now.

The PHQ 9 measuring depression was the next 1 I took:

PHQ9 17113

It has been at 13 quite consistently, 11 is a slight improvement.

The GAD 7 measuring generalised anxiety:

GAD7 17113

A slight increase by 2 points in generalised anxiety.

And the interesting M3 score:

M3 17113

A decrease by 8 points since November.

Thinking about this overall since November last year, the major changes appear to have been that while the generalised anxiety, and my avoidant traits have increased,  the social anxiety is still unsurprisingly severe, with a slight decrease in avoidance related to social anxiety, with fear remaining the same.  Paranoid, schizoid and schizotypal traits have all stayed consistently high over the course of a few years.  While the level of depression has dropped slightly.  With no flashbacks since last December, and no vivid nightmares I don’t think so far in January the PTSD symptoms are in the main manifesting as hypervigilance, and being easily startled.  This may account for the slight increase in generalised anxiety?

Of course, these things aren’t any sort of diagnosis, as I always say, please consult a doctor if you are concerned.

  1. Reblogged this on My Life, My Way, My Words! and commented:
Some great mental health teasts to do online! I cant wait to start doing these xXx

  2. Interesting test!! I’m 86% borderline. Do you find they’re accurate? X

    • 86% is pretty high. Well, I think there are some truths to it, for eg. Part of my diagnosis has been paranoid states and schizoid traits, also know I have schizotypal traits, specifically ideas of reference, and I do tend to use avoidance as a coping mechanism. Glad you also found them interesting :)

  3. I can’t remember my results apart from most were high 80s pmsl is it cos I’m mad?

    • Fuck knows! Haha! I don’t even know whether i’m mad myself even saying to someone the other day I thought people were hiding stuff from me! Then someone says it’s something else that makes sense and that sounds better, but am still fucking mental!

  4. [...] Then I decided to take the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale test, which I last took back in January, as you can see in this post [...]
